    Refund & Return Policy - Online Orders
    99Ranch.com and the 99 Ranch Market App reserve the right to deny returns and refunds at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud or abuse.
    Refunds
    We process refunds for orders placed online through 99Ranch.com and the 99 Ranch Market App. However, in-store purchases are not eligible for online refunds, and online purchases cannot be refunded in-store. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
    Eligibility for Refunds
    Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order completed date for the following issues:
    ·Damaged items
    ·Product quality issues
    ·Incorrect items received
    ·Missing items
    How to Request a Refund
    ·Log in to your Account
    ·Go to My Orders
    ·Select the order for which you would like a refund
    ·Click "Apply Refund"
    ·Select the item(s) for a refund, provide the applicable reason along with photo evidence, and confirm by clicking "Apply Refund"
    Refund Processing
    ·Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
    ·Funds will be credited only to the original payment method used for the purchase
    ·The refunded amount may take 3 or more business days to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing time
    ·Points earned from the original purchase will be deducted upon successful refund, while any points used for the order will be refunded on a pro-rated basis according to the refund amount
    Returns
    We do not accept returns for any Food & Beverage items, including both perishable and non-perishable products. Only items from the Home department are eligible for return. At this time, exchanges are not available for any products. We reserve the right to make final decisions and may request a return in special circumstances.

    Return Eligibility & Process
    Before initiating a return, the item(s) must:
    ·Have an approved refund request on your account
    ·Be unused, and in original condition and packaging
    Once your refund request is approved, a return request will be visible in your account. Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-5 business days after the returned items are received and approved.
    Return Methods & Timeframes
    Same-Day Delivery / In-Store Pickup Orders
    ·Return the item(s) within 3 days of when the return request appears in your account
    ·Returns must be made in person at the same store where the order was placedShip-To-Home Orders
    ·Return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label
    ·Use the FedEx Return Shipping Label provided by us and drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location (FedEx pickup services are not available)
