    99 Ranch Crushed Chili

    Directions:

    • Tilapia (filets) 1 lbs
    • Vegetable oil 1 tsp
    • Ginger 1 tbsp
    • Garlic 1 tbsp
    • Light sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup
    • Rice vinegar 1/4 cup
    • Green onions 1/4 cup
    • Cilantro 1/4 cup
    • Crushed chili 1/2 tsp
    • Water 1/4 cup
    • Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, sautéing for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant.

    • Place the fish fillets on the hot oil and fry for about 1 minute. Then add soy sauce, water, scallions, cilantro, crushed chili, and vinegar to the skillet. Bring everything to a boil, then cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

    • Once done, remove from heat and transfer to a plate, drizzling the flavorful sauce over the fish. Garnish with extra green onions and cilantro. Enjoy over white rice!
