Canned Straw Mushrooms (ASN/TAS STRAW MUSHROOM BROKEN) 1 can
Fish Tofu (J/JANE FZ FISH TOFU) 1 cup
Milkfish Ball (J/JANE FZ MILKFISH BALL) 1 cup
Canned Baby Corn (Yifa) 1 can
Quail Eggs (ASN/TAS) 1 can
Regular Corn 1 pieces
Leafy Greens 1/2 cup
Napa Cabbage 1/2 cup
Carrots 1/2 piece
Mushrooms 1/4 cup
Croissant Ring Roll (EVERBEST CROISSANT RING ROLL) 3 pieces
Chili Sauce (AGV) 2 tbsp
In a large pot add the garlic, chopped green onion, water, hot pot seasoning, and soy sauce. Stir it well and bring it to a low boil.
When the mixture has begun to boil add the noodles, canned straw mushrooms, fish tofu, fish balls, baby corn, quail eggs, corn, leafy greens, cabbage, carrot slices, fresh mushrooms, and croissant ring rolls.
Cover the pot with a lid and prepare the dipping sauce. In a small dish add about 2 tablespoons of chili sauce and set aside for later.
When the ingredients have cooked to your liking, turn off the heat. Dip your food into the chili sauce and enjoy your Mala Hot Pot!
