    Directions:

    • Chicken stock 3 cups
    • Korean rice cakes (Tteok) 1 cup
    • Instant ramen 1 pack
    • Fish cake (cut in small pieces) 2 sheets
    • Green onion 3 stalks
    • Shredded cabbage 1 cup
    • Boiled eggs 1-2 pieces
    • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    • Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
    • Chili flakes 1 tbsp
    • Minced garlic 2 cloves
    • Honey 2 tbsp
    • Gochujang 3 tbsp
    • Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp

    • In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, chili flakes, Gochujang paste, and honey.

    • Add chicken stock to a large pot, then when it begins to simmer add in the Gochujang sauce and the rice cakes (Tteok). Boil for about 7 minutes.

    • Next, add in the fish cakes, ramen, shredded cabbage, and green onions. Stir well to make sure everything is covered in the sauce.

    • Cook the mixture until the ramen noodles soften, then add in hard boiled eggs.

    • When the ramen noodles have fully cooked, serve in a bowl and garnish with extra green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
