    Heng Hing White Sesame Seed

    Directions:

    • Bean thread noodles 1 pack
    • Cucumber 1 piece
    • Carrot 1 piece
    • Rice vinegar 2 tbsp
    • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    • Sugar 1 tbsp
    • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
    • Toasted sesame seeds 2 tsp
    • Chili flakes 1/4 tsp
    • Green onion 1 stalk

    • Begin by boiling the bean thread noodles for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.

    • Thinly slice the carrot diagonally, then cut into even matchsticks.

    • Next cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds, then slice and cut into even matchsticks.

    • Make the dressing by combinging soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil then stir until everything is combined.

    • Cut the cooked bean thread noodles, then add the cucumber, carrot, dressing, sesame seeds, chilli flakes and mix well so that everything is coated.

    • Mix everything again before serving, and garnish with the chopped green onion.
