    Directions:

    • French baguette 1 loaf
    • Raw Salmon 4 oz
    • Raw Tuna 4 oz
    • Imitation crab with mayo (pre-mixed) 3 oz
    • Avocado (sliced) 1/2 piece
    • Masago 2 tbsp
    • Cucumber (sliced) 2 oz
    • Tomato (sliced) 2 oz
    • Green onion 1 tbsp
    • Lee Kum Kee's Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
    • Mirin 4 tsp
    • Rice vinegar 1/2 tsp
    • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
    • Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo 2 tbsp

    • Cut baguette into slices and toast lightly. Add the oyster sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix sauce well, then set aside.

    • Dice salmon and tuna.

    • Mix the diced salmon and tuna with green onion and sesame, then stir in the sauce.

    • Place tomato, avocado, and cucumber slices on toasted baguette. Add fish mixture and imitation crab on top.

    • Drizzle each with the sauce and Sriracha mayo. Finally, top with masago and serve!
