    Lkk Sauce For Hk Style Fish Ball

    Directions:

    • Fish Ball 2-3 lbs
    • Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Hong Kong Style Fish Balls 1 jar
    • Lee Kum Kee’s Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
    • Water 4 cups

    • Begin by boiling the frozen fish balls in a wok.

    • Heat up the wok, add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Hong Kong Style Fish Balls and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    • Add Lee Kum Kee’s Premium Oyster Sauce, mix well and then add water. Turn up the heat and bring it to a boil, then add the fish balls.

    • Turn down the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes (stirring constantly midway to prevent burning).

    • For an extra kick, add Lee Kum Kee Fiery Hot Dried Shrimp Chili Oil as an additional seasoning.
