Directions:
- Sea Bass (or fish of your choice) 1 pound
- Fermented Black Beans 1 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ginger 1 piece
- Green Onions 2-3 stalks
- Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cilantro 1 tbsp
- Red Thai Chili 2-3 pieces
- In a small bowl add in the fermented black beans, minced garlic, ginger slices, and green onions then mix together.
- Pat dry your cleaned fish with a paper towel to remove the excess moisture.
- Stuff the fermented black bean mixture inside the cavity of the fish.
- Drizzle the fish with vegetable oil, sesame oil, and the juice of half a lemon.
- Steam the fish for 10-15 minutes using a steamer or by creating a steaming rack using foil.
- When the fish has finished cooking serve with more green onions, sliced red Thai chilis, and cilantro.
