    Directions:

    • Sea Bass (or fish of your choice) 1 pound
    • Fermented Black Beans 1 tbsp
    • Garlic 3 cloves
    • Ginger 1 piece
    • Green Onions 2-3 stalks
    • Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
    • Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
    • Lemon 1 piece
    • Cilantro 1 tbsp
    • Red Thai Chili 2-3 pieces

    • In a small bowl add in the fermented black beans, minced garlic, ginger slices, and green onions then mix together.

    • Pat dry your cleaned fish with a paper towel to remove the excess moisture.

    • Stuff the fermented black bean mixture inside the cavity of the fish.

    • Drizzle the fish with vegetable oil, sesame oil, and the juice of half a lemon.

    • Steam the fish for 10-15 minutes using a steamer or by creating a steaming rack using foil.

    • When the fish has finished cooking serve with more green onions, sliced red Thai chilis, and cilantro.
