    Directions:

    • Fresh Clams 1/2 lbs.
    • Vegetable Oil 1 tsp
    • Green Bell Pepper 1 piece
    • Red Bell Pepper 1 piece
    • Ginger 2 tbsp
    • Green Onion 2 stalks
    • Garlic 2 cloves
    • Fermented Black Beans 1 tbsp
    • Shaoxing Wine 1 tbsp
    • Sugar 1 tsp
    • White Pepper 1/8 tsp
    • Sesame Oil 1 tsp
    • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
    • Water 1 tbsp
    • Cilantro 1 tbsp

    • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan with ginger, garlic, green onion, bell peppers, and fermented black beans.

    • Saute over medium heat and stir.

    • Add in uncooked fresh clams and shaoxing wine to the pan.

    • Cook the clams until they open to remove any fishy odor.

    • Add in sugar, white pepper, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry.

    • Stir to combine and top with chopped cilantro.
