    Directions:

    • Potatoes 2 pcs
    • Sichuan Peppercorns 2 tsp
    • Dry Chili Peppers 8 pcs
    • Green Onions 1 bunch
    • Garlic 4 Cloves
    • Red Bell Pepper 1 pcs
    • C&H Sugar 1 tsp
    • Salt 1 tsp
    • Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
    • Asian Taste Chinkiang Vinegar 1 Tbsp

    • Slice potatoes into thin slices. Soak in cold water. Drain and set aside

    • In a pan with medium high heat, add in oil, sichuan pepperforns, dry chili peppers, green onions (white part only), bellpepper, and shredded potato. Stir fry it

    • Add in sugar, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and scallion. Cook until it's tender and it's ready to serve
