Directions:
- Napa Cabbage 1 piece
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
- Red Thai Chili 4-6 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Green Onions 2 stalks
- Vegetable Oil 3 tsp
- Remove napa cabbage root, split in half & cut into equal parts.
- Rinse with water, add salt, and mix.
- Let it sit for 20 minutes & drain water out.
- Add in the red chili flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Thai chilis, garlic, green onions, and boiling oil then mix to combine.
