    Directions:

    • Century eggs 3 pieces
    • Soft tofu 300 grams
    • Peanuts 30 grams
    • Pork floss 10 grams
    • Cilantro 1 bunch
    • Garlic 3 cloves
    • Green onions 1 bunch
    • Vegetable oil 2 tsp
    • Preserved vegetables 30 grams
    • Light soy sauce 2 tsp
    • Oyster sauce 2 tsp
    • Sugar 1 tsp
    • Water 60 ml
    • Cornstarch 1 1/2 tsp
    • Sesame oil 1 tsp

    • In a sauce pan on medium heat, add oil and add the garlic and white parts of green onions. Cook until garlic is golden then remove it from the pan and set aside.

    • Combine light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch and 60 ml water.

    • Using the same pan, add the chopped preserved vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute then pour in soy sauce mixture. Cook until sauce has thickened and add 1 tsp sesame oil.

    • Place the tofu on a serving plate and arrange the century eggs, pork floss, and peanuts on top of the tofu. Drizzle the sauce and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
