Directions:
- Fresh mango 1 piece
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Plain yogurt 1/3 cup
- Mango puree 1/3 cup
- Ice cubes 6-8 pieces
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Add mango, milk, yogurt, mango pulp, cane sugar (start with less add more if needed), and ice to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Taste and adjust: add more sugar for sweetness, more pulp for mango flavor, or a bit more yogurt for tang.
- Serve right away and enjoy! Or refrigerate, covered, for up to 24 hours.
