    Directions:

    • Fresh mango 1 piece
    • Milk 1/2 cup
    • Plain yogurt 1/3 cup
    • Mango puree 1/3 cup
    • Ice cubes 6-8 pieces
    • Sugar 2 tbsp

    • Add mango, milk, yogurt, mango pulp, cane sugar (start with less add more if needed), and ice to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.

    • Taste and adjust: add more sugar for sweetness, more pulp for mango flavor, or a bit more yogurt for tang.
    • Serve right away and enjoy! Or refrigerate, covered, for up to 24 hours.
