Item(s) purchased from the 99ranch.com can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Currently, we do not offer in-store pick up service at any 99 Ranch Market physical store locations.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated based on your total order value excluding sales tax if applicable.

FREE SHIPPING for cart subtotal greater than $40

To find out the shipping cost for your order:

1. Add item(s) to your cart.

2. Click Proceed to Checkout.

3. Enter or select your shipping address. (No option to just enter zip-code on website)

4. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated.

Shipping Method
We ship packages via FedEx Home Delivery/Smart Post at this time. For any additional information regarding shipping methods, please visit the carrier’s website at www.fedex.com for more details.

Shipping Schedule
Your order will usually be processed either on the same day or by end of the next business day. Orders placed on the weekends or on Fridays after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Your order will be shipped during our normal business hours between Monday and Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time) after we receive your order. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. You will receive an email with your order tracking information when your order has been shipped. Your package will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Certain cities may require additional days for delivery.

The delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, carrier trouble, or other conditions beyond our control. Delivery time may be extended during the holiday seasons. Check your account for changes in delivery time due to delays. We are not responsible if your package does not arrive on time due to the holiday seasons. Please place your order ahead of time during the holidays to avoid any delay.

Shipping Restrictions
Orders can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box and APO/FPO military addresses, U.S. Territories (i.e. Guam and Puerto Rico), and outside of the United States.

You are responsible if you fail to pick up your package from your carrier and for any additional shipping costs that may occur as a result of non-delivery. If you happen to provide an incomplete or faulty shipping address that we cannot process for shipping, your order will be refunded. Likewise, we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable by Fed Ex due to address error or address restrictions. The customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier to make such amends.

International Shipping
We do not provide international shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.

Out-of-Stock
Although we try to keep every item(s) in stock, occasionally, some item(s) are not immediately available for shipment.

If any item(s) from your order are out of stock or partially fulfilled, they will be noted in your Shipping Confirmation email notification. We will ship any currently in-stock items from your order and adjust your balance accordingly. You are always welcome to check for product availability on any out-of-stock item(s) on our site to place your next order.
