What You’ll Focus On:

  • Project Management (30%): 
    • Initiate and support eCommerce-related project, processes, and product SOW (statement of work) and on-time schedule. 
    • Conduct industrial research including competitors analysis and benchmark to better understand the marketing and customers’ needs of the organization and its target audience.
    • Work with the Marketing, Merchandising, Operations team to conduct promotion plans, assortment strategy, and process improvements. 
  • Field Business Development and Marketing (30%)
    • Coordinates and proactively initiate filed marketing endeavors (i.e. internal/external events at 99 Ranch Store locations and other tradeshows/community events) to promote awareness of the eCommerce platform & services to target audience
    • Strategize activities to better convert offline customers to online users, whether it’s via demonstrations, giveaways, fun activities, and more. 
  • Customer Satisfaction Improvement  (40%)
    • Operate CS/CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) to resolve eCommerce order cases promptly. 
    • Understand the standard operating process including receive, process, pack, and shipping of all e-commerce orders. 

 Throughout the processes, collect and aggregate customer data to yield insights for business decisions. 

What You Bring:

  • Associate/Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in the retail and/or eCommerce industry.
  • Proficiencies in working with digital office software such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and so on) 
  • A people person with a proactive attitude and quick adaptive thinking to tackle various situations and issues quickly and properly. 
  • Actively monitor trends in online grocery shopping/food delivery tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Willing to always “go the extra mile” and confident about the delivered results. 
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
