Job Duties:

  • Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive
  • Monitors the cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value
  • Owns and administers Purchase order management, e.g. ensure delivery on-time (OTD), past-dues and reschedules
  • Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity
  • Ensures vendor information and purchasing data are accurate and correctly maintained
  • Recommends and executes cost saving measures including make-versus-buy analysis and/or alternative sourcing
  • Interacts closely with suppliers and the receiving team to resolve quality issues
  • Works directly with suppliers to facilitate collection of item, cost, and delivery information
  • Prepares, maintains, and reviews purchasing files for quantity and cost accuracy
  • Handles purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers
  • Works with the Merchandising Manager to analyze progress against department’s objectives and initiatives
  • Performs vendor and new item set up and maintenance processes
  • Engages in all weekly regular and promotional merchandising communication tactics for the regional teams
  • Works on location within one of the core markets with consistent travel to other designated regions based on business needs
  • Addresses and oversees all aspects of commodity management, including procurement support, commodity business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experiences in Merchandising or related field
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, required to read, write and communicate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite)
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

工作職責:

  • 開發新供應商,建立供應商與廠商的互惠關係
  • 管理成本、運送進度及分包商負責事宜,以最優的價格採買到最高質量
  • 能完成採購訂單管理流程,包含但不限於處理按時、逾期、改期收貨物件
  • 負責準確地輸入採購訂單
  • 確保廠商資料及採購數據正確性
  • 建議或採納任何節約成本方案包含自製或外購分析與其他方針
  • 與廠商及收貨同仁密切聯繫以保證貨物品質
  • 仔細與供應商聯絡,核對採購物件、金額、發配時間
  • 準備、保留及存檔、審核各訂購單據以維持數目及成本準確性
  • 處理訂購申請單、訂單更改、供應商報價單
  • 與採購主管一同分析部門藍圖進展
  • 參與採購部門例行會議探討策略並呈報給區域負責小組
  • 負責其一核心市場,必要時需出差至其他區域
  • 掌管全方位商品管理,包含支援採購、商品計畫、市場流行趨勢評估、價格、產品供應
  • 履行其他分配工作事項

 

基本要求:

  • 兩年以上採購貨或相關經驗
  • 具學士學位以上文憑
  • 能清楚的以口頭及書寫方式溝通
  • 擁有注意細節的才能
  • 中英文雙語,需會聽、說、讀、寫
  • 精通  Microsoft Suite 及 Google Workspace 
  • 合法於美國工作,恕不協辦身份及簽證
