Urgent needed-Commercial Office Housekeeper

Working hours: Monday to Friday

8:00 am ~ 4:30 pm or 9:00 am~5:30 pm, 

Wage:$13.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY

Offices, Warehouse, Meeting Rooms, Restrooms, Hallways and Common Areas.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Office, Warehouse, Meeting Rooms, Restroom Hallways, Lobby, Common Areas: (MERGED)

    • Cleans, vacuums, mops, dusts, polishes, sanitizes facilities including, but not limited to kitchen, offices, meeting rooms, warehouses, restrooms, walls, fixtures, windows and floors.
    • Removes all waste and replaces trash can liners.
    • Empty paper shredder
    • Remove soiled linens and replace with fresh, clean linens. 
    • Refills supplies including, but not limited to restroom items (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) and kitchen items (coffee, creamer, sugar, etc.)
    • Reporting issues on a weekly basis
    • Deliver mail/packages
    • Other assignments as needed

 

Job Duties:

Cleaning restrooms daily, including mopping, wiping down the toilets and urinals,

cleaning the sinks, and replenishing supplies (toilet paper, paper seat covers,

deodorizing spray, paper towels, etc.), disposing of trash.

Cleaning kitchens daily, including mopping, wiping down the tables and chairs,

cleaning the sinks/coffee machine/water dispenser, replenishing supplies (coffee,

creamer, sugar, paper towels, etc.), disposing of trash.

Cleaning specified offices, including vacuuming/mopping, wiping down tables,

disposing of trash, wiping windows.

Cleaning lobby and receptionist area, including mopping, wiping down the tables and

chairs, glass doors/windows.

Cleaning warehouse offices, including mopping and cleaning windows.

Vacuuming buildings, including cubicles and office areas (different area each day).

Prepare water and tea for the meeting rooms. Cleaning the meeting rooms after each

meeting.

Empty paper shredder. Move trash and recyclables from other buildings to

Warehouse A area.

Ordering supplies with Administration Office as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in verbal English or Spanish 
  • 6 months experience as a housekeeper or janitor in a commercial or warehouse environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Must successfully complete:
    • Background check where required by regulation

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs., using proper body mechanics and/or available equipment
  • Ability to bend or kneel up to 15 consecutive minutes
  • Ability to work for 2 hours standing, walking or moving without need to sit down

清除所有廢物並更換垃圾桶襯袋。必要時使用房間除臭劑。供應衛生紙和肥皂。確保洗手間有紙張可使用。

基本資格

可口頭和書面用英語或西班牙語溝通

至少有6個月的經驗, 在商業辦公室/旅館中曾擔任清潔工作經驗者為優!

能夠組織工作並確定工作優先順序
