Now, Tawa Services, Inc. is hiring English/Chinese HR administrative assistant.


99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States. We have store locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Washington, Oregon, Maryland, New Jersey and more to come!   • A successful candidate must have good communication and computer skills, professional experience, and the ability to perform multiple tasks in an efficient manner.
  • Experience in reception,answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Processing company expense , some AP  experience is highly desired.
  • Assists with phone screen, onboarding: background reference check /new hire package/new employee files process coordination.
  • Participates in recruitment efforts, resume screening.
  • Maintain HR related pamphlets, labor law poster and forms.
  • Coordinate company wide training and meetings.Translate training material.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of HR or Office administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel knowledge
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin, if can speak Spanish is a plus!
  • Basic knowledge of principles of HR Administration.
  • Detail-Oriented.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Strategic Planning.
  • Good research skills.
  • Quick at learning (new assignment, software, etc.).
  • Punctual and excellent attendance record.
  • Available to travel.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • 人力資源管理原則基礎知識。
  • 注重細節。
  • 能夠獨立工作, 提供策略計劃。
  • 良好的網路搜尋技巧。
  • 快速學習(新任務,軟件等)。
