Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain import and export documentation
• Track and coordinate shipping progress, payments and other
• Respond to and report shipping issues to managers
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or above
• Two years of experience
• Knowledge of international business
• Bilingual in Chinese is required
• Detail-oriented, diligent, patient, and responsible personality
• Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
