99 Ranch Market is now hiring! We are a large regional retail grocery store chain looking for a Customer Service Representative with retail and e-commerce experience to join our team. Work alongside the eCommerce Manager to provide customers with the best possible experience by assisting with the implementation of loyalty programs and monitor customer concerns.



  • Proactively maintain relationships with customers and/or prospective customers across various social media platforms, including Facebook and WeChat. (10% of the time)
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and messages on digital and social media accounts
  • Guide customers across the online shopping process
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer/vendor complaints and claims, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents; analyze customers behavior and complaints
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer/vendor accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers



  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, can handle stressful situations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices such as Hubspot
  • Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiar with eCommerce and online shopping process
  • Understand user experience with online/APP grocery shopping & food delivery



  • College degree or above
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in retail and/or eCommerce industry
  • Previous training/teaching experience in customer service is highly preferred
  • Have a strong foundation of skills and knowledge in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills. (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Able to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
  • Be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

  • 在客戶服務方面具有紮實的技能和知識基礎
  • 抗壓性高,擁有優秀的溝通技巧
  • 俱備電腦文書操作技能(例如 Microsoft Office Suite)
