We are now seeking a full-time office Assistant to provide administrative and support the eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to create and post product’s listing , make edits to inventory, pricing and image galleries.
  • Provide assistant for online marketing content and social media accounts updates.
  • Participate customer service support team to response customer inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via phone, chat and email.
  • Support  distribution center operations to fulfill orders in time.



  •   Prior experiences with varieties of social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Yelp, etc.
  •   Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  •   Language requirement: bilingual in English & Chinese 
  •   A team player and a problem solver
  •   Able to carry or lift up objects over 30Lbs(Occasionally).
  •   Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
