Job Title: Data Processing Clerk

99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian Supermarket chains in the U.S. and now operating over 47 stores that reach coast to coast. We’re constantly developing our brand with efforts to provide more high-quality Asian products to all consumers. We are now seeking an organized, self-motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team.

 

Job Duties (Include but not limited to):

-Plan, create and manage Planograms (POGs) for all assigned space and floor assignment timely and accurately by using space planning software

-Help analyze store layouts. This includes determining appropriate levels of inventory facings to support sales activity, communicating effectively with merchandisers and store operations to ensure maximization of sales, analyzing sales trends, planning appropriate merchandising strategies and ensuring product layout is visually appealing to customers

-Assist with store resets as determined by a planogram management team

-Maintain product data integrity

-Assist in preparing sales report

 

Qualifications and Skills:

-Minimum education requirement: Bachelor degree

-Minimum physical requirement: able to lift up to 25 lbs

-Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization

-Exceptionally strong computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, ex lookup, Pivot table, knowledge of Access)

-Knowledge of JDA Space Planning, JDA Floor Planning and IKB is preferred

-Must be flexible and organized

資格和技能:

– 最低教育要求:學士學位

– 最低物理要求:能夠提升至25磅

– 優秀的口頭和書面溝通和人際交往能力,能夠有效地與組織中的各個層面合作

– 非常強大的計算機技能,特別是Microsoft Office套件(高級Excel,ex查找,Pivot表,Access知識)

– 了解JDA空間規劃,JDA平面規劃和IKB是首選
