Job Title: Administration Assistant
99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian Supermarket chains in the U.S. and now operating over 47 stores that reach coast to coast. We’re constantly developing our brand with efforts to provide more high-quality Asian products to all consumers. We are now seeking an organized, self-motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team.

Job Duties (Include but not limited to):
– Provide full admin support to the team and department
– Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filing duties
– Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept, resolve the administrative problem
– Maintain and update related information for the team (contact list, mileage, etc.)
– Manage and follow Audit report checklist for the stores
– Generate and maintain Alarm reports for the stores every week
– Handle Travel & Expenses Reimbursement for all employees
– Settle all utility bills for stores on time
– Verify invoices for the raised purchases upon delivery of goods and services
(Create PO and Goods Receive through SAP system)
– Answer Customer Service Hotline phone calls
– Act as a backup of Receptionist, cover the front desk when required

Qualifications and Skills:
-Must be willing to work out in different store locations
-Proficient in Microsoft and Google office sets
-Bilingual in Chinese and English
-Excellent verbal and written communication skill with an ability to work discreetly on a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

資格和技能:
– 必須願意在不同的商店工作
– 精通微軟和谷歌辦公套裝
– 中英文雙語
– 優秀的口頭和書面溝通技巧,能夠謹慎處理各種敏感和機密問題
– 注重細節和強大的組織能力
