The trainee will undergo systematic trainings and evaluations for 6-8 months. After the training period, the qualified candidates will be directly assigned to a store and be responsible for the corresponding department SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, employee management and all other supervisory duties.
Able to lift more than 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Can to work flexible schedule (night, weekends & holidays) and relocate if necessary.
Minimum 2-year experience or equivalent education background.
Speak, write, present, commute, and respond to information and questions.
Great interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentation.
Bilingual in English, Chinese and Spanish is a plus
Able to calculate and use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
At least 18 years old and legal to work in the United States
