活動辦法:凡於活動期間06/27/08-09/07/08至任何一家大華超級市場，即可免費索取抽獎券。參加者無需購物或付款可贏取獎品。每位顧客每天限領一張摸彩券，摸彩券必須填寫完整，並投入店內摸彩箱中，資料填寫不齊全者無效。摸彩券必須於06/27/08-09/07/08，投入摸彩箱內，不在此期間內投入者視為無效。只接受原版摸彩券，不接受影印或以其他方式複製的摸彩券。本公司不負責遺失，損壞，不清楚，失竊或不完整的摸彩券，所有參加抽獎的摸彩券成為本公司財產，恕不退還。參加抽獎者，並不因同時訂貨或購買而增加額外得獎機會，得獎機會依參加抽獎人數而定。
參加活動者資格:
參加者必須為年滿18歲的加州居民，大華超級市場員工及相關企業員工不得參加。
參加者之限制:
抽獎活動於09/13/08下午2:00-4:00在羅蘭崗分店(1015 S. Nogales St., Rowland Hts, CA
91748)，以隨機方式抽出各獎項得獎人，參加者同意遵守抽獎活動的所有規定，否則將取消參加資格。中獎人名單將會公告於南加州各大華超級市場。大華超級市場保留取消違反此規則參加抽獎者的權利。
領獎規則:
獎品得主必須出示有效加州駕駛執照或有效加州居民識別證。或其他政府承認之法定有照片文件，必須與抽獎券上所有資訊相同才可領獎。獲獎者必須在10/24/08以前領取。逾期者視同自動放棄。不可將獎品折換現金更換獎品。汽車中獎人需負擔牌照稅，貨物稅所得稅及自行向車管局註冊。獎品單價超過$600以上者得主需在領獎時填寫納稅人社會安全號碼表格(W-9)。
一般規則:
大華超級市場有權使用中獎人姓名，照片及其肖像權，其中獎事實及相關資料作供本公司廣告促銷之用，中獎者不得要求額外費用或補償。

How to Enter:
During the sweepstakes period’s
06/27/08 – 09/07/08, entry forms can be obtained on request and free
of charge at the front desk in any of the 99 Ranch Market stores. NO
PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Limit one entry per customer
per day. The entry forms must be filled out completely and deposited
in the specific sweepstakes boxes. Incomplete entries will be voided.
The entries must be deposited into the specific boxes during the
above-specified periods to be eligible for the drawings. Only original
official entry forms are valid. Photo copies or otherwise reproduced
forms are not acceptable. Our company is not responsible for lost,
damaged, unintelligible, stolen or incomplete entries. All entries are
considered the property of our company and cannot be returned.
Sweepstakes entries that are accompanied by an order for goods or a
purchase will not place the entrant at an advantage or make them
eligible for additional chances for prizes. Chances of winning depend
on the number of entries received.
Eligibility:
Participants must be California
residents, and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of 99 Ranch Market or its affiliates are not eligible.
Conditions of Participation:
The sweepstakes drawing is
conducted in the Rowland Heights store (1015 S. Nogales St., Rowland
Heights, CA 91748) on 9/13/08 2:00PM to 4:00PM. The winning entries
will be drawn randomly. All participants must unconditionally agree to
the official rules. Participants in violation of the rules will be
disqualified. Each participant is eligible for no more than one
winning of sweepstakes. The winners will be posted in every 99 Ranch
Market store throughout the Southern California. 99 Ranch Market
reserves the right to disqualify any participants not complying with
the rules.
To Claim Prizes:
The prize winners must present valid
California driver's license, California resident ID, or other legal
photo IDs recognized by the government. The information on the ID must
match the ones on the winning entry form. Prizes not claimed before
10/24/08 is considered as voluntarily relinquished. No substitution or
exchange for cash value is permitted. Winners of the prizes have more
than $600 value must fill out a W-9 form with their SSN information.
Winner of automobile must claim before 10/24/08. Winner of automobile
is responsible for all associated vehicle license fees, sales taxes,
income taxes and just register with DMV himself (or herself).
General:
99 Ranch Market reserves the right to
use the winners’ names, photos, likeness, facts about their winnings
and other related information for marketing and promotional purposes
without further payment or consideration.
